Purolator Facet-Aire 3 Fiberglass Panel Filters

Facet-Air 3 Purolator filter products are designed to withstand the demands of tough industrial, commercial, and residential applications. The frames are produced using 100% recycled post consumer materials. Facet-Air 3 Purolator filter products are manufactured with superior grade fiberglass media to guarantee full depth loading and high dust holding capacity.

Purolator HI-E 40 Standard Capacity Medium Efficiency Pleated Air Filter MERV 6

The filter shall be the HI-E 40 as manufactured by Purloator Air Filtration. Air filters shall be (1"), (2"), or (4") deep, medium efficiency, pleated media, disposable panel type. The filter media shall be self-extinguishing lofted non-woven, non-dyed, natural cotton and synthetic fibers. The filter media is bonded to a 28 gauge corrosion resistant, expanded metal support grid with a 95% open face area. To assure no dirty air bypass, the media grid assembly shall be bonded to all interior surfaces of the .028 heavy duty, high wet strength beverage board frame with solvent-free water based glue. The support grid shall be formed into a wedge configuration to optimize use of the filter media. Die cut diagonal frame members shall be bonded to the media pack, upstream and downstream, to maintain accurate pleat alignment. The Purolator HI-E 40 filter shall have a rated average efficiency of 25-30% and an average arrestance of 90-93% when tested in accordance with ASHRAE 52.1-1992 Test Standard. The HI-E 40 filter shall have a MERV rating of 6 when tested in accordance with ASHRAE standard 52.2.

Purolator Defiant Mark 80-D Pleated Air Filter MERV 8

The Purolator Defiant Mark 80-D is a medium effifiency, self supported, extended surface, pleated air filter. It outperforms similar products in initial efficiency and average efficiency, providing maximum filter service life. The Mark 80-D is made of continuous, synthetic, and hydrophobic (non-water absorbing) fibers featuring maximum dust retention capabilities. When testing in accordance with ASHRAE testing method 52.1-1992, this fiber blend provides a 30-35% average efficiency and a 90-93% average arrestance. This filter media has maximum dust retention capabilities. The Mark 80-D filter elements are enclosed in a two piece, heavy duty beverage board with high wet strength. When assembled, the fully bonded double wall frame combines with the integral corner flaps to form a rugged durable filter which will not rack, warp, or leak under normal operating coditions.
