Dustlok Filter Pad and Frame System
The Dustlok filter pad is securely held in place by our 26GA galvanized holding frame. The holding frame slides in and out of your furnace just like your existing air filter. When it's time to change your filter pad, you throw away the dirty filter pad and put a new filter pad on the frame. The whole process only takes a couple of minutes.

Distinct Dual Density provides maximum dust loading and dust retention for the Dustlok furnace filters. The white, air-entering surface is designed for depth loading, while the orange, dense downstream design prevents dirt from passing through the media.


Unique Dustlok Adhesive uniformly coats one half of the total fibers (downstream section) during the actual formation of the media.

Dustlok Renews It's Effectiveness by absorbing dust particles into the adhesive, thus trapping them onto the surface of individual fibers.

Spor-Ax Antimicrobial is a biocide that effectively inhibits the growth of mold, mildew, algae and fungi on filters. Spor-Ax does not support the growth of microbes.

Dustlok Will Not Dry Out in use due to the non-volatile chemical composition of its adhesive formulation.
